Tech stack:
- Python;
- NodeJS / NestJS;
- Experience developing RESTful services, especially those that connect to LLMs;
- OpenAI APIs – Completion / Assistant / Etc;
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the various OpenAI models, and their pros and cons;
- Prompt Engineering experience;
- Very strong communication skills in English and Polish including the ability to speak “in business terms” with stakeholders and “in technical terms” with other members of the Engineering Team;
- You are a communicative and proactive person. You have a high sense of ownership.

Who do we look for
Currently, we are looking for a person who will join the Placester Team as a AI Developer.
You will take on responsibility for our client’s prototype AI Real Estate Assistant. The product is part of our client’s mobile app that is used by Real Estate Agents for a variety of purposes. The assistant will be used to request creative services (e.g. “create me a blog post”) as well as other common daily tasks like adding contacts to a CRM, looking up property listings, etc.
Our client is looking for self-starters who are able to contribute to the project not only in terms of code but also bring their own ideas to the table. You will work with a team of other developers, including the mobile app team.
Our client is based in the US. Applicants who are willing and able to start and end later in order to maximize overlap with US east coast will have an advantage. Minimum commitment would be until 11am US Eastern, but applicants who are able to go even later will be preferred.
Placester is one of our biggest clients from Boston, MA from the Real Estate industry. During the past five years, we have been developing a tool that allows to create real estate websites. The platform helps brokers, admins, & agents create and manage beautiful custom sites. They can create it on their own – fast and hassle-free.
Our development, product, and marketing teams are based in Poland, although you will also work with teams based in different locations. Placester is our base SaaS product, which is constantly being enhanced with new features.
Our technology stack includes: NodeJS, WordPress, Angular, AWS, Java.
